The information we collect
- Information you give us – when you complete our contact form or email us, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, plus any other details you choose to share (such as your company or job title).
- Information collected automatically – when you visit our website we may collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. Analytics information is only collected if you consent to it through our cookie banner.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we do not ask for special category data (such as health information) through this website.
How we use your information and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry – our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share your information with
We only share personal data with trusted service providers who help us run our website and business. They process it on our behalf and only in line with our instructions:
- Website hosting and form submissions – Webflow, Inc.
- Email and business software – the providers we use to send, receive and store email and documents.
- Website analytics – Google and Microsoft, only where you have given consent.
- Cookie consent management – CookieScript, which records your cookie choices.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not lead to working together – up to 2 years from our last contact.
- Client and supplier records – 6 years after the end of our working relationship, to meet legal and tax requirements.
- Analytics data – no longer than 14 months.
After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise the information.
