Prostate Cancer UK on Beer Mats

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. And if you’re over 50, or you’re Black, or you have a family history of the disease, then your risk is even higher. But the earlier you find it, the easier it is to treat. And the first step is to check your risk.

Prostate Cancer UK are running a Beer Mat campaign in Pubs located in areas with a high prevalence of cases as men are at higher risk if they have family history of the disease. The Beer Mats feature a QR code which enables men to check their risk in 30 seconds by answering 3 simple questions.

Beer Mats are an excellent way to engage with men who can sometimes find it hard to talk about their bodies, but in the pub with their mates, they might be more receptive to checking the risks and symptoms.
